I ended up paying way more than I thought I would, i was left wondering what I even paid for?! It just didn’t feel like good value to me. I wouldn’t spend my money here again.

"Not gonna lie, the item I got..."
Not gonna lie, the item I got from ruckuscompany.com felt cheap as soon as I opened it. The material was thinner than I expected, and the stitching looked kind of rushed.
I didn’t even use it for that long before parts started showing wear. It just didn’t give me the impression that it was made to hold up over time.
Maybe I ended up with a bad one, but for the price, I was definitely disappointed. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Exchanging this was way too much work"
I don’t think I’d exchange anything here again. The whole process took way more effort than it should have, and it felt like I had to jump through hoops just to get it handled.

"This place used to be better"
I can’t make this up. I used to have a much better experience here, but lately it feels like things have really gone downhill. What used to be reliable and easy has turned into something frustrating, and it’s disappointing because I didn’t expect it to be this way

"Felt like they were avoiding my messages"
I reached out a few different times and never really got a proper response. Maybe they were just busy, but it kind of felt like my messages were being ignored on purpose or pushed aside until I gave up. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but sitting around with no clear answer is really frustrating. Customer service just wasn’t great for me.

I wasn’t impressed with the communication. They barely responded to my messages and I never really knew what was going on. It also made me question the overall quality of the service because if updates are this hard to get, it’s hard to feel confident about the rest.

I was disappointed. It felt stiff and awkward after using it for a short time, and I just didn’t want to keep bothering with it. Not at all what I expected. On top of that, the terms seem to have changed from what I thought I was agreeing to, which just made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I went in looking for a few specific things, but almost everything I wanted was unavailable. What made it more frustrating was the way it felt like they made it my problem instead of offering any real help or alternatives.

"Seemed okay at first, but not for long"
At first I thought it looked decent, actually I was about to say I was happy with it, but after a few weeks it started coming apart. Kind of disappointing because it seemed like it would hold up better.

The order itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking updates weren’t very helpful either, so I was kind of just waiting around without knowing what was going on. I’m not happy with my experience and I wouldn’t use them again. Things didn’t go the way they should have, and what bothered me most was the lack of follow-up or ownership. If a company makes a mistake or falls short, they should take responsibility and make it right

"Still waiting for my refund"
I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting frustrating. At first I figured it might just take a few days, no big deal, but then nothing showed up, so I reached out to support. They replied once or twice and then just kind of stopped responding, which makes it even more annoying because now I don’t really know what’s going on or if anyone is even looking into it.

Support has been slow to reply, and after a few days my issue still isn’t fixed. I was hoping it would be sorted out by now, but I’m still stuck dealing with the same problem lol.

"I was already not in the best..."
I was already not in the best mood, and the checkout process made it worse. My payment kept failing for no clear reason, and then my cart randomly emptied itself. Super frustrating and just a bad experience.

"Works fine, just a little clunky lol"
The site was easy enough to open and browse around, and I didn’t have any major issues finding my way at first.
I did find the info I needed, but a few pages took more clicks than I expected, and the layout felt a little messy on my phone lol.
Overall, it’s not a bad website. It gets the job done, but it could definitely feel smoother with a bit of cleanup.

I took a look at ruckuscompany.com and, I don’t know, it just didn’t really give me that legit brand feeling. The site and the product details felt a little weird to me, like that part wasn’t quite lining up or something. Maybe other people had a totally fine experience with it, but I didn’t feel confident enough to buy from there.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered the size I normally wear, but it was way too tight when it showed up. Dealing with the return wasn’t great either. I don’t think I’ll buy clothes from here again. The sizing just feels wrong

"Prices just felt unfair"
I checked out ruckuscompany.com the prices felt way too high for what they’re offering. Some items looked seriously marked up, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that it just wasn’t worth the money. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink the pricing because it left a bad impression.
